Weekly High Fives

Okay friends, this post was supposed to start yesterday because it will be my weekly Sunday post but due to some unforeseen pleasant circumstances, I was forced to put it on hold.

So I got this idea from my best friend and her sisters’ blog, https://threemustardseeds.squarespace.com/ (Check it out — their blog is super cute and fun and so inspiring for me!).

I feel that I sometimes forget to take a step back and be thankful for everything that I have in my life and for everything positive that happens in my life. I try to continuously be grateful but keeping it consistent is the trouble and sometimes it’s just so easy to let the other not-so-great-things happening in life take over. So after reading the blog from “3 Mustard Seeds”, I decided to do my version of Weekly High Fives as well and remind myself to take pleasure in the little every day things in life. This will help me channel positive energy, positive feelings and hopefully positive outcomes πŸ˜€

So here are the top 5 reasons why last week was wonderful:

1. Amazing friends — specially one who let me use his question bank subscription until it expired at the end of last week.

2. FALL — the cool crisp breeze, the leaves changing colors, boots, sweaters, hot chocolate, and more.. definitely my favorite time of the year especially here in the north!

3. My mom’s continuous recovery from a double surgery.

4. A fun weekend with the fiance!

5. Getting CPR certified!

(Feel free to share your weekly high fives too!)
